chocolate chip minis
I made these for the first time the other day and they are super easy and delicious. Was going through some recipes and came across this one. This is a keeper and a for sure family pleaser.
-preheat your oven to 350 F
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips. I love the Ghirardelli brand.
My cute little helper above. Miss Stella Kate.
In a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Add the egg and vanilla
Slowly stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until blended.
Using a wooden spoon, add in the chocolate chips.
Grab your mini ice-cream scooper. I use my small pampered chef scooper. Scoop some cookie dough using your scooper and make 12 cookie drops per sheet.
I made 48 mini cookies
Bake 10-13 minutes until lightly brown. Cool 5 minutes and then transfer to cooling rack.
Store in a cookie jar. You can put in a piece of bread to keep them soft.
These are so delicious they are sure to go fast.
You can’t just eat one so grab a few………….they are that good!
